2. Services Provided
2.1 Junk Removal Services: Minne a polis Junk Removals offers residential and commercial junk removal services, including but not limited to the removal of furniture, appliances, electronics, construction debris, yard waste, and more.
2.2 Scheduling Services: By scheduling a junk removal service, you agree to provide accurate information regarding the items to be removed, the location, and any other relevant details that may impact the service.
2.3 Additional Services: We may also offer related services such as recycling, donation services, and special handling for hazardous materials. Any additional services will be specified in the agreement or invoice.
2.4 Service Limitations: Minne a polis Junk Removals does not remove certain items, including hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, and items that are prohibited by local, state, or federal laws. We will notify you if any items fall under these categories.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when scheduling our services. Failure to do so may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of services.
3.2 Access to Property: You must ensure that our team has access to the property and areas where junk is to be removed. If access is restricted or the property is unsafe, we may refuse to provide services.
3.3 Safe Disposal: You are responsible for ensuring that items you wish to dispose of are not in violation of any laws, and that they are not dangerous to handle. You must inform us of any hazardous materials present on the premises.
3.4 Removal Preparation: You agree to have your junk properly sorted and prepared for removal as specified in the service agreement. If special handling or extra labor is required, additional charges may apply.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing Structure: Our pricing is based on the volume of junk to be removed, the type of materials, and any special services required. A free estimate or quote will be provided before the job begins.
4.2 Changes in Pricing: If additional junk or materials are found during the removal process that were not disclosed during the initial estimate, we reserve the right to adjust the final price accordingly.
4.3 Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the junk removal service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks. Payment must be made in full before we leave the job site unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.4 Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will review your complaint and, if necessary, offer a refund or re-service the job.
5. Service Availability and Cancellations
5.1 Service Hours: Minne a polis Junk Removals operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. We offer weekend service by appointment only. Special arrangements for after-hours services may be available for an additional fee.
5.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your junk removal service, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
5.3 Delays: While we make every effort to arrive on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if there is a delay.
5.4 No-Show: If you fail to be present at the scheduled time of service or the junk is not ready for removal, we may charge a "no-show" fee.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Liability: Minne a polis Junk Removals will take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage to your property during junk removal. However, we are not liable for damage that occurs as a result of items being improperly packed or concealed, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
6.2 Insurance: Minne a polis Junk Removals is fully insured for junk removal services. We carry liability insurance to protect against any accidental damage or injuries that may occur during the service. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
6.3 Indemnification: By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minne a polis Junk Removals, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your failure to comply with these Terms.
